I provide both individual and couples/ family counseling from a humanistic, client-centered prospective with a focus on empowerment and self-efficacy. This includes increasing awareness, focusing on one’s strengths, maximizing one’s experience, and promoting healthy self-growth. Areas of special interests include but are not limited to: working with mental health disorders, human sexuality issues, LGBTQ counseling, relationship dynamics, gender role issues, feminist psychology, identity formation, grief/ loss issues, anxiety issues, depression management, weight issues, and quality of life issues.

For clients within Illinois, I provide HIPAA compliant TeleMentalHealth options for Individual and Relationship Counseling/Psychotherapy using the online platform Doxy.me. In order to use this service you must be able to use a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) on a computer or device with a camera and microphone with a reliable internet connection.
